This Spanish Modern residence is the best blend of old and new. The project entailed giving the residence a complete interior and exterior facelift as well as adding a new master bedroom and bath. Clean lines in the all white kitchen were coupled with Saltillo paver floors in that space and throughout most of the living space. The bathrooms were dressed in cement tile floors with stained vanities giving them an authentic but crisp look. The interior was opened up to the exterior pool space by adding bifold doors in the dining room and master bedroom. Major landscape elements such as olive trees were added to the entry courtyard. All in all, the residence retained a Spanish feel but with an updated twist!
