Here at Streamline Construction<\/a>, we are very happy to report that we are currently hard at work on various construction projects. Amazing progress is being made on each of them every single day. Today, we would like to share some of the progress that has been make on these remodels with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of our most exciting projects is a complete indoor<\/a> and outdoor<\/a> remodel<\/a> in Costa Mesa, California. This remodel is a very time consuming project, as it is being completely redone from the ground up. Here, you can see the framing process that took place in February after a completed demolition and foundation pour.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here, you can see our crew installing a \u201cShip Lap\u201d ceiling. You can see that the finishing result gives a very light and open energy to the entire home.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the master bath<\/a>, we have completed a beautiful glass shower. This simple glass look combined with clean, light tile gives a very sophisticated and timeless look. You can also see a peek of the intricate tile flooring that surrounds the shower. This gives a great touch of fun and flair while staying stylish.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also crafted and installed a custom vanity. Vanities are great for any remodel because they help you stay organized while adding detail to your home.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the backyard<\/a>, a firepit and seating area is underway. These are great for entertaining all year long. Whether you have friends and family over, or want to spend some relaxing alone time outdoors, these are extremely popular and useful.<\/span><\/p>\n

For our next project, let’s take a look at our San Juan Capistrano remodel.This is a landscaping<\/a> job. You can see what the backyard previously looked like before our remodel began.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fireplace<\/a> has been demoed so that we can start from scratch. We want to install something that will really compliment the architecture of the home.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We are also constructing a bbq area, along with a planter. Here, you can see the early stages of both being installed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lastly, we have begun to install stone along the flooring. This is very popular because it creates a beautiful walkway for your backyard.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were asked to complete a bathroom remodel along with a deck addition in Laguna Niguel. These are the plans for the job, as well as the very beginning stages of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also built a very sophisticated walk in closet. This provides a ton of room for all of your clothing and accessories. It is a great way to keep everything organized. This means that you will save time looking for certain pieces when getting ready.<\/span><\/p>\n
