Each week at Streamline Construction<\/a> is unique and full of excitement. Our projects are constantly transforming before our very eyes. It is amazing to watch and we enjoy every step of the process. Today, we are going to give you a look on what happens during a work week here at Streamline, to give a better picture of just how different our day to day items can be. This will also give you some insight into the actual construction process, rather than seeing your typical complete before and after.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

First up, we have made huge progress with the framing process on our Trabuco Farmhouse project. Our crew has been spending each day applying proper framing to the home to help create a strong skeleton for the house. You can see here that the home is really starting to take shape.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Next, we have been working on a kitchen remodel<\/a> in Coto De Caza. This is a complete remodel that includes extending the island out. While we have completed demolition, it is now time to focus on painting. This week, our crew began prepping the walls by painting them with a fresh coat of primer. This will ensure that the paint is applied as smoothly as possible while creating durability.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"Towards the end of the\u00a0 week, we poured concrete at one of our projects to complete the driveway and pool area. We have finished remodeling the interior of the home, and are now focusing on the outside. We are going to create an outdoor living space, complete with a barbeque and fire pit alongside the pool. You can also see that we have begun to lay the flooring, giving this outdoor space a beautiful look while also providing durable and weather resistant materials.<\/p>\n
