December is upon us, and very soon we will head into 2021. I am sure that we can all relate to this time of year being completely chaotic and stressful. As Streamline Construction is wrapping up the year, we are excited for the projects to come in the new year. Today, we wanted to give you a small preview of some of our new projects that will experience complete transformations in 2021.
This week, we started a brand new project located in San Juan Capistrano, California. This is a complete interior and exterior remodel. As you can see pictured below, we are currently starting on the foundation of the home. We are also working on the demolition process, ensuring that we are starting with a clean slate. We are scheduled to complete the foundation next week, and will then move on to framing.
Next is another complete remodel located in Costa Mesa, California. This home will be completely taken down to the studs and rebuilt. It will include beautiful landscaping alongside a pool and outdoor cooking area. We are very excited to see this home completely change from the inside out.
As the framing process is coming to an end on our Trabuco Farmhouse project, we are looking forward to continuing to tackle this home head on in the new year. Electrical and plumbing work has started, and materials have been delivered in anticipation of being installed soon. Be sure to keep checking back to see some major changes on this project very soon.
