Design Highlights: Bathroom & Living Room Remodel in San Clemente
The clients for our San Clemente project were looking for an open space but also wanted to get the whole spa experience in the comfort of their own home.
The master bathroom was outdated and no longer functional for the family. To customize the space and give it a fresh look, we installed 12×24″ white glossy tile on the floor, 12×35″ Porcelanosa/jersey nieve tile to the shower walls and Venetian pebble on the shower floor and under the bathtub.
To keep the look cohesive we added the white shaker cabinets with the Kingston brass vessel sinks and Caeserstone linen countertop which paired perfectly with the Wyndham soaker tub and chrome Kohler tub filler.
The updates to this remodel created a comfortable space for our clients and checked of all of their “must haves”. Check out some of the highlights below: you might just find some inspiration for your next remodel!
Guest Bathroom
A great guest bathroom is crucial to guests comfort. A retreat that serves as a reprieve from the stresses of travel, the guest bathroom should provide all the comforts of home, and then some. Let’s talk about our guest bathroom remodel that came out to perfection the 4×8 Queensboro tile with the frameless shower glass complete this guest bathroom, and provide the perfect amount of space and light to give the homeowners guest the comfort they deserve.
One of the final items that we completed in this San Clemente remodel was the living room. The Alta Vista Del Mar Collection French Oak floors were installed throughout the house. We also, removed the old fireplace and replaced it with smooth finish stucco, concrete hearth and added the new Amerimax windows and doors to complete this room and project.
