Lake Forest Remodel

Streamline Construction Services has done it again; let’s take a minute to talk about our Lake Forest project. We remodeled the master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen and family room.

Objective: Update and give the home a modern and neutral look.

Spring is here… a time of renewal, a time of awakening… And a time when you  realize how many things need to be updated or just need a fresh look.

This project was one that needed a little spring pick me up.Below you will see the completed pictures and a little glimpse of what was done to this beautiful Lake Forest home.

Kitchen – In the kitchen, we installed white shaker cabinets with Quartz countertop and wood flooring. We love how the dark wood flooring and white cabinets tie well together and give the countertop the attention it needs.

Family Room – the family room was re-vamped with some custom built in cabinets and white shaker doors.

Master bathroom – The master bathroom went through a complete transformation. We installed 12×24 porcelain tile on walls and pebble shower floor. The brush nickel shower head, valve, and bar completed this beautiful look.

Master bathroom –  in addition the shower renovation we installed beautiful gray shaker doors with mirrors to the master bathroom closet with pullout drawers in the bottom to give the owners the extra storage they were needing. But we didn’t stop there… we also installed a floor to ceiling full height linen closet not only do the additions fit right in but, they supply the family with ample amount of storage space.

Guest Bathroom – In the guest bathroom we installed a white Hexagon floor, a white 6×6 tile, with 2″ gray inserts in the shower and a custom built vanity with crystal knobs and completed the entire look with gray lacquer paint on the walls.
