More About the Client:

Our client lived in San Marcos, CA and was moving down after construction was complete. She came down one time to meet with the owner of Streamline Construction, Jason, to go over design. Once construction was completed, she arrived with her moving truck and stepped foot into her newly remodeled home. Sounds easy, right!? Kitchen Demo Complete!

Our clients opted to completely remodel the kitchen instead the alternative option known as cabinet refacing, when you keep the original structure in place. Above, you can see the kitchen after it’s been completely demoed, ready to get a brand new look!

Rebuilding the New Kitchen

You can see our Streamline Construction worker assembling the new cabinets to create a “galley style” kitchen. A “galley” kitchen is just a fancy way of describing a kitchen layout with the sink and work station parallel to each other. This layout creates a compact yet efficient work triangle, which is perfect when you’re working in a smaller space.

Right Before the Clear Coat

This picture was taken before clear coat was put on. Notice the glass cabinets above? This is a common trend that many homeowners are opting for. It allows them to display their china and decorative dishes, and creates a more open, modern feel.

What Our Client Said:

“Hired this company to do a complete kitchen remodel and interior update for my home purchased in Tustin, CA. At the time I was living 400 miles away so I needed a contractor I could trust completely. Fortunately this was the right company. My realtor showed them the property and I discussed the job via phone. I did meet with Jason one day and he took me around to suppliers and I picked out materials and style. I had a specific deadline for the job to be completed (due to having to vacate the home I was living in). Jason met every deadline, made changes and did numerous extras. I had the interior painted, and had kitchen gutted and rebuilt. No easy task when you’re on site and difficult when you’re remote. Jason provided endless support, delivered the job on time and at budget. And my new home is gorgeous. I strongly recommend Streamline for any Orange County home construction project. They are superb professionals.”
