Objective: Make changes to the floor plan to add a second master bathroom.
When brainstorming for this space, Jason had to come up with a floor plan that will not only function properly but will also leave enough space to add a second master bathroom. The layout and design that was created for this space called for removal and relocation of the master bath closet and we added a doorway to create an entrance to the second master bathroom. The room has wonderful, natural light and Jason wanted to play off of that, to keep things bright and clean.
Jason likes to use his creativity to create something unique and give each and every project a custom feel. That’s where the black and white porcelain tile design came into play. Jason dove into creating a classic space that still packs a lot of personality. In addition to the black and white tile on the shower, we decided to keep the beautiful and unique style consistent throughout this entire project. The decision to do the black tile on the floor not only completed this look but also gave this bathroom the “WOW” factor our customer was looking for. To pick up on the black tile, we painted the custom vanity a crisp white color, the chrome finishes we added tie in well with the vessel sinks and marble countertops making this space feel cohesive.

The original master bath went through an entire renovation. The more traditional color scheme is mixed with modern elements like the large custom shower with 24 x 24 porcelain tile on the walls and 2 x 2 porcelain tile on the floor, the beautiful freestanding soaker tub, a custom vanity with marble countertops, and a vessel sink with a chrome faucet. All these updates help establish a strong look in this bathroom. The Jack and Jill vanity make a great addition and keep the consistency and look that we were going for and give this bathroom the simple look and modern design that the customer was asking for.
