After your appointment, our owner will take his notes back to the office and create your proposal. This proposal will be broken down into line items so that you can see what every step of the remodel will cost. Once you agree to the proposal, you can approve and sign your document electronically. From there, your project is entered into our system as an active job, and we can take the next step.
Once the proposal has been approved, we can start getting together architectural plans and submitting them to your city’s building department in order to pull the correct permits. This will give us the clear and correct information that our crew needs in order to properly remodel your home as well as ensure that everything is up to code.
As the scope of work on each project varies, the construction process will differ from job to job. However, most remodels will begin with demolition, and then we will go from there.
Once we have made some progress on the construction in your home, you can start selecting material choices with our interior designer. This part of the process tends to be more fun and exciting than others, as you begin to see your home come together with all of your personalized choices.
As construction comes to a close, you will have the opportunity to walk through your project with your assigned project manager and discuss any questions or concerns that you have. They will ensure that all loose ends have been attended to, properly closing out your project.
