Up the charm factor for visitors this holiday by welcoming them with a simple pinecone display. You can find a variety of pinecones at your local craft store, or go on a walk at the park and pick up fallen ones. I see them all the time here in Orange County. For an added sparkle effect, spray paint the pinecones gold or silver and dust with some loose glitter.
Check out this pretty twist on conventional green garland. When you opt for this white and silvery strand of ornaments, you’ll add a touch of understated elegance to your home.

Instead of creating a circular shape like we’re so used to seeing, why not piece together some of your favorite elements from the great outdoors to create a more rustic interpretation of the typical Christmas wreath? We’re loving this look by SF Girl by Bay. Depending on your geography, you can incorporate twigs, twine, and pine. We think adding some succulents in would also make for a pretty rad wreath. {Succulents are hip here in Cali, mostly because they don’t need much water and we’re in a drought!} 😉
